摘要 智能运维是对在役起重机械各机构、零件及其故障、维护等进行分类编码、标识,通过在线监控、数据传输、大数据计算,对比边界条件,判断故障并记录,再通过数据分析给出预知性维修计划,实现在役设备智能运维的自动感知、自主分析、自我决策、自动执行等系统功能。文中分析了智能运维的特征和六大关键技术,首次提出了在役设备及其故障、所维护"物品"的编码、标识规则,为在役设备及其运维的自动化、数字化、智能化监控奠定了基础。对在役设备标识系统、智能运维专家系统的初步研究,为设备运维的智能化、在役设备剩余寿命评估、在役设备安全监管具有的引领作用。 Intelligent operation and maintenance is to classify,code and mark various mechanisms,parts,malfunctions of hoisting machinery in service,compare boundary conditions and judge and record faults through online monitoring,data transmission and big data calculation,and give predictive maintenance plan through data analysis,so as to realize system functions,such as automatic perception,independent analysis,self-decision,and automatic execution of intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment in service.This paper analyzes the characteristics and six key technologies of intelligent operation and maintenance,and puts forward the coding and marking rules of the equipment in serves and“items”in fault and maintenance for the first time,laying a foundation for automatic,digital and intelligent monitoring of the equipment in service and its operation and maintenance.The preliminary research on the equipment identification system and intelligent operation and maintenance expert system in service plays a leading role in the intelligence of equipment operation and maintenance,the evaluation of remaining life of equipment in service and the safety supervision of equipment in service.
