摘要
针对风力发电机零部件维护保养问题的日益突出,叙述了自攀爬风电维修起重机的性能参数、机构组成、关键技术创新点等。该自攀爬风电维修起重机为全液压控制,可实现自攀爬,攀爬效率高,操作方便,可缩短风电机组维修时间,降低维护成本,具有一定的推广性。
Considering the increasingly prominent maintenance problems of wind turbine components,in the paper,the performance parameters,mechanism composition and key technological innovations of the self-climbing wind power maintenance crane is described.The self-climbing wind power maintenance crane is fully hydraulically controlled,can realize self-climbing with a high climbing efficiency,is convenient to operate so as to shorten the maintenance time of the wind turbine generator,reduces the maintenance costs,and boats a certain generalization performance.
