摘要
为解决标准型纠偏托辊组实际生产应用中的不足,提出一种采用多自由度旋转机构的无源空间纠偏装置,该装置优化了标准纠偏托辊组结构,并解决标准纠偏托辊生产中存在的一些问题。结果证明,新型纠偏装置结构简单可靠,改善了纠偏效果。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the standard deviation-correcting roller set in production and application,in the paper,a passive space deviation-correcting device using a multi-degree-of-freedom rotating mechanism is put forward,which can optimize the structure of the standard deviation-correcting roller set and solve some problems in the production of the standard deviation-correcting roller set.The results show that the structure of the new deviation-correcting device is simple and reliable and the deviation-correcting effect is improved.
