摘要
为了验证带式输送机用液体粘性传动装置的工作性能,在分析其工作原理的基础上,提出了以直流电动机作为试验装置的驱动装置、恒扭矩加载装置作为模拟负载验证其启动性能,以直流电动机闭环加载验证其传动性能的性能试验台,结果表明该试验台能很好地验证液体粘性传动装置的起动性能和传动性能,达到了试验装置预期目标。
In order to verify the working performance of the liquid viscous transmission device of belt conveyors and on the basis of the analysis of its working principle,a performance test bench is proposed,which uses DC motor as the driving device of the test device,constant torque loading device as the simulated load to verify its starting performance,and DC motor closed-loop loading to verify its transmission performance.The results show that the test bench can well verify the starting performance and transmission performance of the liquid viscous transmission device and the expected goal of the test device can be reached.
