The Research on the Promotion and Protection of the Volunteer Service of Public Libraries under Volunteer Service Regulations——Taking Minhang District Library as An Example

本文结合闵行区图书馆志愿服务活动的生动实践,用大量案例分析了规范化的志愿服务对图书馆的意义,通过对比研究从法规层面找寻传统图书馆志愿服务的问题和漏洞,看到《条例》对图书馆志愿服务规范运行的指引所在,提出规范图书馆志愿服务的基本原则和行动指南。

Based on the vivid practice of volunteer service activities in Minhang District Library,this paper analyses the significance of standardized volunteer service to libraries with a large number of cases.By comparing and studying the problems and loopholes of traditional library volunteer service from the level of laws and regulations,it can be seen that the Regulations refer to the standardized operation of library volunteer service.The paper puts forward the basic principles and guidelines for library voluntary service.
