摘要
本文介绍社会力量参与广州地区街镇、社区一级公共图书馆建设现状,从保障服务专业化、提高财政投入效益、提升体系联动性三方面研究现状及分析存在问题,从健全完善社会力量参与公共图书馆服务体系建设的制度与机制上提出四点建议。
This article introduces the construction of public service system from the perspective of social forces involved in the construction of public streets in the town and community in Guangzhou,which in the guarantee of service specialization,improve financial investment efficiency and enhance system linkage of the status quo and analyses existing problems.Finally,the author puts forward four suggestions on how to improve and perfect the social forces to participate in the system and mechanism of public library service system construction.
