普通高校图书馆馆员学术素养提升——基于高校图书馆专业论文发表状况统计分析

On Librarians' Academic Literacy Improvement in Regular University Library——Based on Statistical Analysis of Papers by University Libraries

论文发表数量与质量是衡量和评价大学图书馆及其馆员水平的一个重要指标,文章选取代表性的高校图书馆作为统计分析对象,以中国期刊全文数据库为数据源,选用Excel进行数据统计处理,并利用文献计量学的基本定律,对这些高校图书馆专业论文发表情况进行统计分析。数据显示,普通高校图书馆专业论文发表数量较少,质量较低,科研学术能力较弱。在对北大图书馆发文主题及合著主题等进行深入分析后,文章给出原因,提出了增强普通高校图书馆科研能力,提升馆员学术素养的合理建议,为高校图书馆管理决策及创新发展提供了思路。

The quantity and quality of published professional papers is an important indicator to evaluate the level of university library and its librarians.Some representative university libraries as the statistical analysis object,CNKI as the data source,Excel for data processing,using the basic law and principle of literature metrology,the paper shows papers statistical analysis by these libraries.Data shows that the number of papers by regular university librar-ies is low and the quality is poor and the scientific research ability is weak.Through in-depth analysis of the theme of publishing and co-writing by Peking University library,the reasons are found out.Then the paper provides us with some reasonable suggestions,which can improve the regular university library′scientific research ability and its librarians′academic literary,and is useful for its decision-making and innovation.
