网球递增变向击球测试(H&TTT)推算公式评价大学业余男子网球运动员最大摄氧量效度的研究 被引量:1

Validity of Hit & Turn Tennis Test(H&TTT) Formula in Evaluating Maximum Oxygen Uptake in Collegiate Amateur Male Tennis Players

摘要 目的:网球递增变向击球测试(H&TTT)可以根据受试者完成的等级数运用公式推算得到受试者的最大摄氧量(VO_(2max)),但是该公式的有效性尚需更多检验,因此,旨在检验H&TTT推算VO_(2max)的效度。方法:16名某体育学院网球专选班的学生自愿参加本次测试(年龄22.2±1.7岁,身高175±5cm,体重69.2±6.1kg,训练年限4.3±2.4年,网球训练年限2.3±0.8年),运用便携式气体代谢仪对受试者测试过程中的呼吸气体进行测量,同时采集测试过程中的血乳酸和主观疲劳度。对气体代谢数据分别进行3点(3_平)和5_点(5_平)平滑,之后对不同平滑方式进行连续最高5个点(5_点)、5 s、10 s、15 s(分别对应为3_平-5_点、3_平-5 s、3_平-10 s、3_平-15 s、5_平-5_点、5_平-5s、5_平-10s、5_平-15s)取值得到实测峰值摄氧量(VO_(2peak-实测))。运用H&TTT公式(VO_(2max)=[Level′2+30]ml/min/kg)得到推算VO_(2max)(VO_(2max)-推算)。对不同平滑和取值对应的VO_(2peak-实测)进行差异性分析,同时,对VO_(2peak-实测)与VO_(2max)-推算进行相关性分析。结果:受试者完成的H&TTT等级数为14.6±3.4,VO_(2max)-推算为59.3±6.7ml/min/kg,运用不同平滑和取值方式得到的VO_(2peak-实测)为53.5±5.1~57.7±6.0ml/min/kg。VO_(2peak-实测)与VO_(2max)-推算之间无显著相关性(r=0.1~0.5,P>0.05)。除3_平-5_点vs.3_平-5s和3_平-15svs.5_平-10s外,不同平滑和取值方式所得到的VO_(2peak-实测)间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于大学业余男子网球运动员,H&TTT推算VO_(2max)的效度较低,不同平滑和取值方式对VO_(2peak-实测)存在影响。建议对于大学业余男子网球运动员谨慎使用H&TTT推算VO_(2max)。 Objective:The Hit&Turn Tennis Test(H&TTT)can calculate the maximal oxygen uptake(O2max)by using the formula worked with quantitative level that participants achieved,but its validity remains to be proven.Methods:16 collegiate amateur male tennis players volunteered to participate this study(age 22.2±1.7 yrs,height 175±5 cm,weight 69.2±6.1 kg,training experience 4.3±2.4 yrs,tennis training experience 2.3±0.8 yrs),portable spirometric system was utilized to measure the ventilatory information during the test.Meanwhile,blood lactic and rating of perceived exertion was also measured.Two different smoothing methods,three-points(3smooth)and five-points(5smooth)smoothing,was applied to gas metabolic data processing,during that,the highest continuous 5 points,5 s,10 s and 15 s(3smooth-5p,3smooth-5 s,3smooth-10 s,3smooth-15 s,5smooth-5p,5smooth-5 s,5smooth-10 s,5smooth-15 s,respectively)are selected to test the peak oxygen uptake(O2peak-act).The estimate maximal oxygen uptake(O2max-est)was calculated by H&TTT formula(O2max=[Level×2+30]ml/min/kg).Therefore,variance different of O2peak-act by different smoothing and selecting methods,as well as the correlation between VO2peak-act and O2max-est was analyzed.Result:H&TTT quantitative levels were 14.6±3.4,O2max-est were 59.3±6.7 ml/min/kg.The O2peak-act of different smoothing and selecting methods were 53.5±5.1~57.7±6.0 ml/min/kg.No significant variance was found between different methods of smoothing and the O2max-est(r=0.1~0.5,P>0.05).With the exception of 3smooth-5 p vs.3smooth-5 s,3smooth 15 s vs.5smooth-10 s,there was no significant difference between the two groups of VO2peak-act values(P<0.05).Conclusion:H&TTT was less validity for collegiate amateur male tennis players,and different smoothing and selecting methods may affect O2peak-act of H&TTT.Therefore,the budget formula for collegiate amateur male tennis players should be used carefully.
