摘要
为改善70~#基质沥青性能,将有机改性活性矿物和橡胶粉掺入到70~#基质沥青中。经过热拌合活化,制备复合反应型活性橡胶沥青。通过动态剪切流变、多应力重复蠕变试验及弯曲梁蠕变试验,研究不同掺量活性橡胶对70~#基质沥青的高温性能和低温性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着活性橡胶掺量的增加,活性橡胶对基质沥青的高温性能有较大程度的提高。当掺量为20%和30%时,沥青的高温等级由64℃分别升高至70℃和82℃;同时,活性橡胶的掺入改善了沥青的低温抗裂性能,活性橡胶掺量30%时,沥青低温等级由-12℃升高至-18℃。
In order to improve the performance of70^#matrix asphalt,activated mineral binder stabilizer and rubber are mixed into70^#base asphalt.The composite reactive rubber asphalt was prepared by heat mixing and activation.The effects of different amounts of reactive rubber on the properties of70^#matrix asphalt at high temperature and low temperature were studied,by dynamic shear rheometer,muti-stress creep and recovery,and bending-beam rheometer,respectively.The results show that the high temperature performance of asphalt matrix is improved to a large extent with the increase of the content of reactive rubber.When the contents of activated rubber are 20% and 30%,the peformance grade of bitumen is increased from64℃to70℃and82℃,respectively.In the meanwhile,the low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt was improved by the addition of active rubber.When the content of activated rubber is30%,the low temperature grade of asphalt rises from-12℃to-18℃.
