This paper mainly analyzes three major principles for the intelligent design of hotels:planning orientation,mechanical and electrical standards,and cost ceiling,puts forward optimization strategy for intelligent design of hotels,and illustrates the reasons,methods,measures and achievements,etc.of intelligent optimization design through the intelligent design case of certain hotel.
