摘要
由于新能源汽车高压大电流连接器需传送高额的电压电流,其需要特殊可靠的大电流插针插孔。目前一般均采用扭簧端子。针对目前扭簧端子性能的不足,提出一种制造工艺更简单、性能更优越的新颖高载流冠簧结构端子。采用此结构可大幅提高端子的导电接触面积,可使连接器保持更柔和的插拔力、更低的电压降及温升。
Due to the high voltage current connector of new energy automobile needs to transmit high voltage and current,it needs special and reliable high current plug and receptacle.Torsion spring terminals are commonly used.In view of the shortcomings of the torsion spring terminal,a high current torsional spring structure terminal with simpler manufacturing process and better performance is proposed.By adopting the structure,the conductive contact area of the terminal can be greatly improved,and the connector can maintain more soft mating and unmating force,lower voltage drop and temperature rise.
