注塑工艺对尼龙6微发泡材料形态结构影响 被引量:5

摘要 利用化学发泡方法制备了玻纤增强尼龙6微发泡材料,并研究了工艺参数和发泡剂含量对其形态结构和密度的影响。结果表明:当发泡剂质量分数不超过2%,选取注射温度不超过260℃,注射压力80MPa,注射速度90mm/s时,可获得均匀的泡孔结构、有效的减重效果及良好的产品外观质量。 The nylon6micro-foam material reinforced by glass fiber was prepared by chemical foaming method,and the effects of injection process parameters and foaming agent on the morphology and density of the nylon6micro-foam material were studied.The results show that the uniform bubble structure,effective weight reduction effect and good product appearance quality can be obtained by setting the foaming agent content of less than2%,injection temperature of less than260℃,injection pressure of80MPa and injection speed of90mm/s.
