ADR/HDI联用扩链剂对PET性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以环氧类化合物(ADR-4400F)和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI-90SB)为联用扩链剂,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)粒料进行反应挤出。对比了两种扩链剂对PET扩链的影响,进一步研究了联用配比和含量对扩链PET特性黏度、模量及力学性能的影响。结果表明,ADR与HDI二者联用比单独使用时对PET的扩链效果要好。当ADR/HDI质量比为8∶2,质量分数为1.60%时,扩链PET的特性黏度达到最高,为1.19dL/g;熔体模量相应升高,损耗因子降低(tanδ≈1),熔体弹性改善;拉伸强度和弯曲强度达到最高,分别为63.3MPa和79.2MPa。 Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)pellets were processed by reactive extrusion using epoxy compound(ADR-4400F)and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI-90SB)as combined chain extenders.The effects of the two chain extenders used jointly on the chain extension of PET were compared,and the effects of the combination ratio and content of chain extenders on the intrinsic viscosity,modulus and mechanical properties of the extended chain PET were investigated.The results showed that the combination of ADR and HDI is better for the extension of PET compared to used alone.When m(ADR):m(HDI)=8∶2and content was1.60%,the intrinsic viscosity of the extended-chain PET reached the highest,1.19dL/g.The modulus of the melt increases correspondingly,and the loss factor decreases(tanδ≈1),and the melt elasticity is improved.The tensile strength and flexural strength reach the highest,63.3MPa and79.2MPa,respectively.
