摘要
提出了自卸车塑料液压油箱总成的结构优化方案,运用Solidworks软件对成型工艺进行模拟分析,设计了吹塑塑料油箱模具,并通过优化回油嵌件、固定嵌件和出油嵌件3种注塑模具,保障了优化方案的严密性。该液压油箱总成已成功应用于东风汽车公司某自卸车型。
The structural optimization plan of the plastic hydraulic tank for the dump truck was proposed,and the mold of blowed bank was designed after the simulation analyzing with the Solidworks software,and three injection molds of oil return inserts,fixed inserts,and oil-out inserts were designed to ensure the rigor of the optimization.The plastic hydraulic tank assembly has been successfully applied to the dump trucks of Dongfeng Motor Company.
