急性失代偿性心力衰竭的血液净化治疗

Blood Purification Therapy for Acute Decompensated Heart Failure

目的探讨急性失代偿性心力衰竭的血液净化治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的100例急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者,根据患者入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察,每组各50例,对照组采取利尿剂治疗,观察组实施血液净化治疗,观察两组患者血生化各项指标情况。结果治疗前两组患者葡萄糖、肌酐、尿素氮各项血生化指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组葡萄糖、肌酐、尿素氮各项血生化指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采取血液净化治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭能快速改善患者血流动力,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of blood purification in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure.Methods 100 patients with acute decompensated heart failure admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with diuretics,the observation group was treated with blood purification.The blood biochemical indexes of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in blood biochemical indexes of glucose,creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood biochemical indexes of glucose,creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood purification can rapidly improve the hemodynamics of patients with acute decompensated heart failure,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
