大剂量氟康唑治疗侵袭性肺部真菌感染临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of High-dose Fluconazole in the Treatment of Invasive Pulmonary Fungal Infection

目的分析大剂量氟康唑治疗老年人侵袭性肺部真菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年1—12月入某三甲医院接受治疗的132例老年人侵袭性肺部真菌感染患者,并将其随机分为研究组(大剂量氟康唑治疗)和对照组(常规剂量氟康唑治疗)各66例,观察临床疗效、不良反应情况和产生疗效时用药天数。结果采用大剂量给药患者治疗效果优于常规剂量给药的患者,且开始产生治疗效果的时间短于正常剂量进行治疗的患者,不足的是进行大剂量氟康唑治疗的患者出现头晕、呕吐、肝功能异常等的不良反应多于常规剂量组。结论大剂量氟康唑可以有效的治疗老年人侵袭性肺部真菌感染症状,且时间短、疗效快,具有较佳的应用效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of highdose fluconazole in the treatment of invasive pulmonary fungal infection in the elderly.Methods A total of 132 elderly patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infection who were treated in a top three hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into study group(high-dose fluconazole treatment)and control group.(Conventional dose of fluconazole treatment)66 cases,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and the number of days of treatment when the efficacy was observed.Results Patients treated with high-dose patients were significantly better than those who received conventional doses,and patients who started to produce therapeutic effects for shorter periods of time than normal doses were less likely to have dizziness in patients treated with high-dose fluconazole.The adverse reactions such as vomiting and abnormal liver function were more than those in the conventional dose group.Conclusion High-dose fluconazole can effectively treat the symptoms of invasive pulmonary fungal infection in the elderly,and the time is short,the effect is fast,and it has better application effect.
