中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism

目的评价中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的效果。方法选择我院2016年7月—2017年10月收治治疗的78例甲状腺功能亢进症患者,随机分为口服甲巯咪唑片治疗的对照组以及加行中药汤剂治疗的联合组,对比两组甲状腺功能亢进症患者治疗效果以及甲状腺激素指标变化情况。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后血清FT3、FT4以及FSH值均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对比西药单一治疗,联合中药汤剂治疗甲状腺功能亢进症效果更佳,具有联合价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods 78 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group treated with oral methimazole tablets and the combined group treated with Chinese herbal decoction.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the serum FT3,FT4 and FSH were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with western medicine alone,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism is more effective and has combined value.
