Objective To discuss therelationship between glycosylated hemoglobin, glycated albuminand and early kidney injury in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the diabetes group,40 patients with early(diabetic kidney disease)DKD were enrolled in the early DKD group, and 40 healthy people were enrolled in the control group. The general data, plasmalevels of glycosylated hemoglobin and glycated albumin were compared among the three groups. The risk factors of early renal injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed by logistic regression. Results Univariate analysis revealed thatage, body mass index, triglyceride, total cholesterol, plasma glycosylated hemoglobin and plasmaglycosylated albumin are associated with early kidney injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0.05);Sex,smoking,alcohol,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were not associated with early renal injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that glycosylated hemoglobin;glycated albumin are risk factors forearly kidney injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The elevation of plasma glycosylated hemoglobin and plasma glycosylated albumin is closely related to early kidney injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
