大量输血与产科产妇心肌酶谱的变化关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过分析产科产妇大量输血前后心肌酶谱的变化,探讨大量输血与产科产妇心肌酶的变化。方法选择2012年1月-2016年12月在福建省妇幼保健院产科因抢救进行大量输血的130例产妇作为分析研究对象,对大量输血者前后心肌酶谱进行测定,并探讨大量输血的输血量与产科产妇心肌酶的变化。结果产科产妇经过大量输血后血清中AST、LDH、CK、CKMB的含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同的输血量与产妇心肌酶谱的变化差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论大量输血的产科产妇均存在不同程度的心肌功能损伤,临床上大量输血过程中需要注意监测心肌酶的变化。 Objective To analyze the relationship between myocardial enzyme index before and after massive transfusion in obstetrics patients,and to explore the changes between massive transfusion and myocardial enzyme spectrum in obstetrics patients.Methods From January 2012 to December 2016,130 patients who underwent massive blood transfusions in the obstetrics of Fujian provincial maternal and child health hospital were selected as subjects for analysis.The myocardial enzymes were measured before and after a large number of blood transfusions,and blood transfusions were also studied.The changes between the amount and myocardial enzyme in patients with obstetrics.Results The serum levels of AST,LDH,CK and CKMB were increased in patients with obstetrics surgery after a large number of transfusions(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of blood transfusion between the different blood transfusions and maternal myocardial enzymes(P>0.05).Conclusion There are different degrees of myocardium function damage in obstetric patients undergoing massive blood transfusion during operation.It is necessary to pay attention to monitoring changes in myocardial enzyme during a large number of blood transfusions.
