影像学检查增强扫描中造影剂外渗的护理对策

Nursing Countermeasures for Contrast Media Extravasation in Enhanced Imaging Examination

目的研究影像学检验过程当中增强扫描造影剂外渗的有效护理干预方法。方法选择我院收治的进行影像学检查增强扫描的患者1000例进行调查,对本研究所有患者造影剂外渗的状况进行评价,并将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组500例,分别采用不同的护理方法进行干预,研究有效的护理措施。结果观察组造影剂外渗的发生率为1.80%。患者满意度评分为(92.5±4.7)分;对照组造影剂外渗的发生率为10.00%。患者满意度评分为(81.5±10.5)分;评价两组患者的满意度评分,观察组的满意度评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;两组患者均不存在严重不良反应状况。结论为患者进行增强扫描的过程中容易因为各种因素导致患者的造影剂出现外渗,为患者选择积极有效的干预措施进行指导能够有效的减少患者的痛苦,降低造影剂外渗的发生率,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To study the effective nursing intervention method of contrast medium extravasation during imaging examination.Methods 1 000 patients with contrast media extravasation in our hospital were selected and investigated.All patients were divided into observation group and control group,500 cases in each group.Different nursing methods were used to intervene and study effective nursing measures.Results The incidence of contrast agent extravasation in the observation group was 1.80%.The patient satisfaction score was(92.5±4.7)points;the incidence of contrast agent extravasation in the control group was 10.00%.The patient satisfaction score was(81.5±10.5).The satisfaction scores of the two groups were evaluated.The satisfaction score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There was no serious defect in the two groups.Conclusion It is easy for the patients to have extravasation of contrast media due to various factors in the process of contrast-enhanced scanning.Choosing active and effective intervention measures for patients can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the value and quality of imaging diagnosis.
