评价产科护理咨询门诊对产妇母乳喂养的影响

Evaluation of the Influence of Obstetric Nursing Consultation Clinic on Breastfeeding of Parturient

目的分析产科护理咨询门诊对产妇母乳喂养率的影响。方法对我院接收的142例孕妇分组研究,B组孕妇行常规母乳喂养健康教育,A组在此基础上实施产科护理咨询门诊,对两组产后母乳喂养情况、母乳喂养知识技能评分。结果 A组纯母乳喂养率为77.46%,与B组56.34%相比更高(P <0.05);A组母乳喂养好处、哺乳正确姿势、挤奶方法、婴儿含接正确姿势各项评分与B组相比,均更高(P <0.05)。结论设立产科护理咨询门诊具有一定临床意义,可提升产妇母乳喂养率,提升产妇母乳喂养知识与技能,促进新生儿健康生长发育。

Objective To analyze the influence of obstetric nursing consultation clinic on maternal breastfeeding rate.Methods 142 pregnant women admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups.Group B received routine breastfeeding health education,and group A implemented obstetric nursing consultation clinic on this basis.The postpartum breastfeeding status and breastfeeding knowledge and skills of the two groups were scored.Results The rate of exclusive breastfeeding was 77.46%in group A,higher than 56.34%in group B(P<0.05).The scores of breastfeeding benefits,correct breast-feeding posture,milking method and correct infant connection posture in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of obstetric nursing consultation clinic has certain clinical significance,can improve the rate of maternal breastfeeding,maternal breastfeeding knowledge and skills,promote the healthy growth and development of newborns.
