急性胰腺炎患者的急诊护理措施及观察内容

Emergency Nursing Measures and Observation Contents of Patients With Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨急性胰腺炎患者实施急诊护理措施的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月—2018年7月本院收治的急性胰腺炎患者96例,按随机表将其分为实验组(n=48)、对照组(n=48),对照组:采纳常规护理,实验组:采纳急诊护理,分析对比两组并发症发生率、抢救成功率。结果实验组并发症发生率(10.42%vs.29.17%,χ2=5.315,P=0.021)低于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组,P <0.05。结论急性胰腺炎患者实施急诊护理措施的临床效果显著,既可提高抢救成功率。

Obstract To explore the clinical effect of emergency nursing measures in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods From July 2016 to July 2018,96 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into experimental group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to the random table.The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given emergency nursing.The incidence of complications and visiting time were analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group(10.42%vs.29.17%,χ^2=5.315,P=0.021)was lower than that in the control group,and the treatment time was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of emergency nursing measures for patients with acute pancreatitis is remarkable.It can not only improve the success rate of rescue,but also shorten the time of visiting hospital.
