护理程序在神经外科吞咽障碍患者中的应用

Nursing Procedures on Neurosurgical Patients With Dysphagia

目的探讨标准化护理程序对神经外科吞咽困难患者的影响。方法将2017年3—12月我院神经外科共122例住院患者随机分为试验组65例、对照组57例,对照组接受常规护理,试验组使用标准化护理程序进行评估、诊断、计划、实施、效果评价对患者实施有计划性、连续性、系统性地吞咽管理。比较两组患者吞咽功能的改善和误吸的发生率。结果试验组吞咽功能改善的患者数高于对照组,误吸发生率低于对照组,经过统计分析(均为P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论采用标准化护理程序,早期评估和干预、对神经外科吞咽困难患者进行动态管理,切实保证了患者安全饮食行为的保持和正确吞咽功能的持续训练,使患者获得了吞咽功能的改善,有效地减少患者误吸的发生。

Objective To evaluate the effects of standardized nursing procedures on neurosurgical patients with dysphagia.Methods From March 2017 to December 2017,122 neurosurgical patients were randomly divided into experimental group(65 patients)and control group(57 patients).The control group was treated with regular nursing procedures,and the experimental group was treated with standardized nursing procedures,which included designed,systematic and consecutive swallowing function trains.It was aimed to compare the improvement of swallowing functions and incidence of aspiration.Results Compared with the control group,the swallowing functions of experimental group improved significantly,and incidence of aspiration got obviously lower.There was significance difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion By standardized nursing procedures with early evaluations and dynamic managements,it’s effective to ensure safe diets and exact swallowing function trains for neurosurgical patients with dysphagia.It also improved swallowing functions and decreased the incidence of aspiration.
