长三角区域是我国经济最活跃、开放度最高、创新力最强、一体化程度最高的地区之一,在国家现代化发展和高质量发展格局中占有举足轻重的地位。20世纪80年代以来,长三角区域发展的各种协调机制逐步建立,但市场一体化发展程度依然偏低。顺应新一代信息技术和各类市场融合发展的新趋势,应通过"线上""线下"协同互动、"五链"融合发展、事中事后监管协调推进、各级政府和社会组织联动发展,推进市场一体化,并不断完善组织体系、规划体系、立法制度、配套机制、监测评估体系。

The Yangtze River Delta region is one of the most active,open,innovative and integrated regions in China.It plays an important role in the national modernization and high-quality development pattern.Since the 1980s,various coordination mechanisms for regional development in the Yangtze River Delta have been gradually established,but the degree of market integration is still low.In line with the new trend of the development of new generation information technology and all kinds of market integration,we should promote market integration through“online”and“offline”collaborative interaction,“five-chain”integration development,in-event and ex-post supervision coordination,government and social organizations at all levels,and constantly improve the organizational system,planning system,legislative system,supporting mechanisms,monitoring and evaluation system.
