摘要
塔河油田碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏井周存在大量缝洞,针对目前常规酸压沟通方向单一,多底井工艺复杂且分支少,无法全方位高效动用井周剩余储集体的问题,设计采用径向水射流多分支技术,该技术以高效破岩喷头和高压软管为核心,以转向器为辅助,连续油管为配套,本文对比分析了塔河灰岩和东部碎屑岩的区别,提出了高效破岩喷头、增加系统内径、采用酸为工作液等工作方向,实验和软件模拟初步得出,硬质灰岩具有破岩可行性,破岩速度可达到5m/h,下步继续优化系统,通过入井实验进行验证。
For deep,high hardness and high temperature in lahe oil field and vertical direction in massive cave-fissure hydroearhon distrihulion,there are the characteristics of the coiled tubing,hose,tubing,steering gear and rotating nozzle branch of the radial horizontal well technology in well complelion process.The feasibility sludy is carried out through theoretical analysis and experimental verificalion.Under the existing engineering conditions,the speed is150meters per second,ihe pump pressure is70mega pascals,the continuous pipe is70mega pascals againsl the internal pressure,the pipeline inner diameter is oplimized,the pressure consumption distribution of the system is optimized,and the pressure drop and spray speed of ihe nozzle are increased.The results show that holh water injection and acid injection are feasible,and acid injection is more efficient and feasible.Compared with side drilling technology,it not only saves cost,hut also greatly increases production capacity.
