摘要
以D气田污水处理厂含油固废为研究对象,提出了一种微生物处理工艺技术。从含油固废的成份分析入手,通过高效降解菌株筛选与培养,对含油固废进行微生物降解试验研究。通过对含油污泥在不同温度、湿度、通气量、pH及营养条件等降解影响因素分析的基础上,确定了最佳降解处理环境条件。处理至1.5个月后,样品中的石油烃含量大幅降解,从11400mg/kg降至1550mg/kg,满足相关环保标准要求,实现了含油固废无害化处理。
In this paper,a microbiological treatment technology is presented for the oily solid waste in the waste-water treatment plant of D gas field.Based on the analysis of the composition of oily solid waste,the microbial degradation of oily solid waste was studied through screening and cultivating of high efficiency degradation strains.The optimum degradation treatment environmental conditions were determined through analyzing oily sludge in different temperature,humidity,ventilation,pH and nutritional conditions.After treatment for1.5months,the petroleum hydrocarbon content in the sample was significantly degraded,from11400mg/kg to1550mg/kg,which met the requirements of relevant environmental protection standards and realized the harmless treatment of oil-containing solid waste.
