摘要
通过单因素实验,对微波法萃取蜂胶中营养性功能物质—黄酮类化合物的工艺进行系统研究。粗蜂胶冷冻、粉碎、过筛、微波处理,测定吸光度。最佳提取条件为:微波萃取功率240 W,乙醇浓度80%,固液比1∶10,粒度60目以下,微波处理时间3 min。结果表明,与传统的溶剂提取法相比,微波萃取法所需的时间大大缩短;另外,冷冻微波萃取法中,不需要将蜂胶样品进行除蜡和去胶质,预处理过程简单,减少了有效成分的损失。
The microwave-assisted extraction method of nutritional substances(flavonoids of propolis)was developed by single-factor experiments.The optimized conditions were as follows:microwave power was 240 W,alcohol concentration was 80%,solid/liquid ratio was 1:10,particle size was under 60 meshes,and extraction time was 3 min.The process was simple and mild with moderate high yields by the freezing pre-treatment.
