不同产地野生香菇中微量元素含量的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 比较大理2种香菇及其他6个产地香菇中Cu、Mn、Fe、Ca、Zn、Cd、Ni的含量。该方法准确可靠、重现性好、操作简单、灵敏度高、线性关系较好。结果表明,该方法测得产地不同的香菇中各种元素的含量各不相同,云南大理两种香菇中各元素的含量相对较高,其余各产地香菇中7种元素的含量总体差别不明显;大理两种香菇中Cd、Ni的含量超出国家标准,其余各产地香菇中Cd、Ni的含量均在国家标准范围之内。 The content of Cu,Mn,Fe,Ca,Zn,Cd and Ni in wild lentinus edodes from different origins was compared by wet digestion-flame atom absorbance spectrometry.The method was accurate and reliable,good reproducibility,simple operation,high sensitivity and good linear relationship.The result showed that the mushroom content of various elements in different regions was different by this way,the content of each element of two kinds of mushrooms in Dali and Yunnan was relatively high,the total content of these six elements in the other mushrooms was not obvious.Two kinds of mushrooms in Yunnan exceeded the national standard in the content of Cd and Ni.The contents of Cd and Ni in the remaining mushrooms were within the national standard.
