摘要
按照教育部最新制定的《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》和新工科建设要求,在天然药物化学实验教学中紧紧围绕以提高综合素质为根本,以强化实践能力为重点,以培养创新型人才为目标,将以过程为导向的探究性学习(POGIL)与Box-Behnken中心组合设计模式应用于黄酮类化合物的提取实验教学中,突出对学生创新实践和科研能力的培养。
According to the documents of China National Standard for Undergraduate Professional Teaching Quality in Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the requirements for New Engineering Construction,improving the teaching quality and practical ability in the experiments of Natural Medicinal Chemistry was focused on.The model combined by process-oriented inquiry learning(POGIL)and Box-Behnken center will be applied to reform the extraction experiment of flavonoids,in order to develop students practical and research skills.
