摘要
本文以宝鸡钛业公司在生产中使用的宝鸡有色金属真空自耗电弧炉为研究对象,针对钛材在熔炼生产过程中出现的品质不佳等控制问题,通过对电弧与熔速控制系统的建模与仿真,设计了一种模糊控制算法的熔速控制系统。Simulink的仿真结果表明,改进后的系统在超调量与系统稳定性上均有所提升,为电弧炉熔速控制的发展提供了一定的参考。
This paper takes Vacuum arc remelting furnace of BaoJi non-ferrous metal which be used in Baoji Titanium Industry Company as research object,for smelting process control problems caused by the bad quality of titanium,Based on the modeling and simulation of the control system of arc and the melting speed,designs a fuzzy control algorithm of the melting speed control system.Simulink simulation results show that both of Overshoot amount and system stability are improved,which provides a reference for the development of electric arc furnace melting speed control.
