摘要
金属的冶炼是将金属原矿石熔融,还原成一定纯度的金属锭、坯、模等。金属冶炼连铸计划是制造执行系统的重要组成部分,起到承上启下的连接作用。针对金属冶炼连铸系统的计划提出人机交互的方式进行调整,通过研究金属冶炼连铸生产系统,利用人机交互调整为图形化并对其有效模式进行调整,最后进行实验观察调整效果使计划得以实现。经过调整达到提高生产效率、保证计划规范性的目的。
Metal smelting is to melt metal ore and reduce it to a certain purity of ingots,billets,molds and so on.Metal smelting and continuous casting plan is an important part of manufacturing execution system,which plays a connecting role between the preceding and the following.The man-machine interaction mode is proposed to adjust the plan of the metal smelting and continuous casting system.The plan is realized by studying the metal smelting and continuous casting production system and adjusting its effective mode with the help of man-machine interaction.After adjustment,the purpose of improving production efficiency and ensuring planning standardization is achieved.
