冷轧生产PS版基表面质量的改善

Improvement of surface quality of PS plate for cold rolling production

PS版又叫预涂感光版,是在PS铝板基材上面预先涂好感光性树脂层的平版印刷版,优质铝版经过电解磨版、阳极氧化等工艺处理从而形成的用于印刷用的版基。PS版具有较强的亲水性、耐磨性以及化学稳定性,但在生产过程中容易出现各类质量问题,影响产品的投入适用。因此,本文对冷轧生产工艺下的PS版基版形质量问题进行探讨,并提出了相应的解决措施。

PS plate,also known as pre-coated photosensitive plate,is a lithographic plate coated with photosensitive resin layer on PS aluminium plate.High-quality aluminium plate is processed by electrolytic grinding,anodic oxidation and other processes to form a plate base for printing.PS version has good hydrophilicity,abrasion resistance and chemical stability,but it is prone to various quality problems in the production process,affecting the input and application of products.Therefore,this paper discusses the quality problems of PS plate base layout in cold rolling production process,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
