摘要
对铝合金底座模板进行了研究。优化底座模板断面,改进其表面处理方式,以达到降低传统钢制底座模板重量,节省建筑施工成本,提高操作人员工作效率的目的。运用Solidworks软件建立铝合金底座模板三维数模,并根据其载荷特性,对该底座模板进行静力学分析,验证铝合金底座模板的安全性、可靠性。
The template of aluminum alloy base was studied.Optimizing the cross-section of the base formwork and improving its surface treatment method can reduce the weight of the traditional steel base formwork,save the construction cost and improve the working efficiency of the operators.Solidworks software is used to establish the three-dimensional numerical model of the aluminum alloy base template.According to its load characteristics,the static analysis of the base template is carried out to verify the safety and reliability of the aluminum alloy base template.
