摘要
随着国家金属行业快速发展,对金属质量提出了新的要求,特别是切削用量方式。构建基于遗传算法的金属切削用量优化系统框架结构,并与传统切削用量方法进行比较,实验结果表明基于遗传算法的最优切削用量准确度更高。
With the rapid development of the national metal industry,new requirements for metal quality are put forward,especially the cutting parameters.The framework of the optimization system of metal cutting parameters based on genetic algorithm is constructed and compared with the traditional cutting parameters method.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the optimal cutting parameters based on genetic algorithm is higher.
