Diversification and Corporate Performance: A Study Based on the Data of Listed Companies in Construction Industry

依据中国证券监督管理委员会(CSRC)的行业分类,选取建筑业类别75家上市公司作为研究对象,提取巨潮资讯网2007～2016年的年报数据,实证检验建筑业上市公司多元化类型与公司绩效的关系。在全面了解我国建筑业上市公司多元化经营情况和存在问题的基础上,提出相应优化建议和决策支持。

Based on the industry classification of the China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC),this paper empirically tests the relationship between diversification types and corporate performance of listed companies in the construction industry,selecting 75 listed companies in the construction industry as the research object and extracting data from the annual report of the CNINFO website for the period 2007-2016.The study comprehensively understands the development of diversification of listed companies in the construction industry and gives relevant recommendations.
