新常态下创新驱动文化产业集约化发展研究——基于河南文化产业的实证分析

Innovation-Driven Intensive Development Cultural Industry under the New Normal——Based on the Empirical Analysis of Cultural Industry of Henan Province

新常态下,经济发展方式转变的根本途径是创新,要通过创新驱动促进产业发展由粗放向集约转变。产业在全球范围走向集中,应当建立以跨国公司为核心的大中小企业共生互补的产业集约的组织结构,技术创新是产业集约化的根本动力,制度创新和产业规制对实现产业集约化至关重要。剖析河南文化产业集约化发展现状,针对产业规模偏小、缺乏龙头企业引领、产业结构不合理、创新不足、专业化程度低、融资困难等问题,基于新常态和创新驱动经济背景和理念,提出组织创新、科技创新、商业模式创新、市场创新等河南文化产业集约化发展的路径对策。

In the new normal,innovation is the fundamental way to change economic development mode,so innovation-driven development should be implemented to promote the transformation from extensive to intensive industrial development.With industries'centralization in the global scale,it is necessary to establish an intensive industrial structure featuring the symbiosis and complementarity of large,medium and small enterprises with transnational corporations as the core.Technological innovation is the fundamental driving force for industrial intensification,and institutional innovation and industrial regulation are crucial to realizing industrial intensification.The paper analyzed the intensive development situation of cultural industry of Henan province.In view of small industry scale,scarce leading enterprises,unreasonable industrial structure,scarce innovation,low specialization,and financing difficulty,based on the New Normal and innovation-driven economic background,the paper presented the intensive development countermeasures of cultural industry of Henan province,which are industry organization innovation,technological innovation,business model innovation,market innovation,and so on.
