摘要
通过观察流量标准装置接收到的涡轮流量计输出信号的失真情况,分析可能产生干扰的源头,最后确定是变频器产生的高频谐波引起流量计输出信号的失真。在变频器的输入输出端串联EMC滤波器,有效地抑制了高频谐波对涡轮流量计输出信号的干扰。
By observing the distortion of the turbine flowmeter output signal received by the flow standard device and analyzing the possible source of the interference,it is determined that the high-frequency harmonic generated by the frequency converter causes the distortion of the flowmeter output signal.The EMC filter is connected in series with the input and output of the frequency inverter,which effectively suppresses the interference of high frequency harmonics on the output signal of the turbine flowmeter.
