观察蒙脱石散配合胃镜治疗胃溃疡出血的效果

Observation of the Effect of Montmorillonite Powder Combined with Endoscopy in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Bleeding

目的探析蒙脱石散配合胃镜治疗胃溃疡出血的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月于我院接受治疗的170例胃溃疡出血患者为研究对象,根据随机数字法进行分组,每组85例。给予对照组胃镜下电凝止血治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加蒙脱石散治疗,对两组的治疗效果及安全性进行对比分析。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为96.47%,明显高于对照组的84.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止血时间、输血量、住院时间均明显优于对照组,两组数据对比差异显著(P<0.05),观察组溃疡面积明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒙脱石散配合胃镜治疗胃溃疡出血的效果较为理想,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with gastroscope in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods170patients with gastric ulcer bleeding who were treated in our hospital from January2016to June2018were selected as the main subjects.According to digital random expression,85patients in each group were divided into two groups.The patients in each group were treated with electrocoagulation and hemostasis under gastroscopy in the control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with montmorillonite powder on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the observation of96.47%clinical patients in the treatment group,significantly higher than the control group84.71%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);the observation group of patients with bleeding time,blood transfusion,hospitalization time were significantly better than the control group,the differences between the two groups of data comparison was significant(P<0.05),observation groups of patients with ulcer area was significantly less than the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with gastroscope is effective in treating gastric ulcer bleeding.It is worthy of further application.
