探讨人性化护理模式在腹腔镜手术中的应用

Probe into the Application of Humanized Nursing Mode in Laparoscopic Operating Room

目的探究腹腔镜手术室护理中实施人性化护理对患者的影响。方法本研究于2017年1月至2017年12月收集腹腔镜手术患者共273例,通过随机数字表法将其分为两组,包括对照组136例,观察组137例。同时对照组患者实施常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上实施人性化护理模式,对两组患者手术前后血压、心率(HR)水平进行比较,同时比较两组患者手术用时、气管拔管与术后自主呼吸恢复时间。此外,通过焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)自评量表对两组患者手术前后心理状况进行比较。结果两组患者术前舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、HR水平、SAS及SDS评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05);术后观察组患者DBP、SBP、HR、SAS、SDS显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术用时及气管拔管时间相比对照组显著更短(P<0.05);而两组患者自主呼吸恢复时间相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对腹腔镜手术患者实施人性化护理干预,可以有效保证手术患者血压、心率的稳定性,改善患者不良心理,有利于患者预后,因此该种护理模式值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing on patients in laparoscopic operating room nursing.Methods From January2017to December2017,273patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(136cases),the observation group(137cases)and the control group(137cases).On the basis of routine nursing in the control group,the observation group carried out humanized nursing model,compared the blood pressure,heart rate and HR-level before and after operation between the two groups,and compared the time of operation between the two groups at the same time.The time of tracheal extubation and the recovery of spontaneous respiration after operation.In addition,the patients in both groups were assessed with SAS and SDS before operation.The post-psychological state was compared.Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP)HR and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of operation and tracheal extubation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the recovery time of spontaneous respiration between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The humanistic nursing intervention in laparoscopic operating room can effectively guarantee the stability of blood pressure and heart rate,improve the bad psychology of patients,and benefit the prognosis of patients.Therefore,this nursing mode is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
