摘要
参与式教学是公认的积极有效的教学方式,能够帮助学习者发挥主体作用,实现知识、技能、素质三维目标的提升。鉴于研究中缺乏对参与式教学进行全面评估的评价体系,因此本文针对教学过程中的不同阶段,运用表现性评价方法,建立了一套有利于学生发展的多重评价体系。从学习习惯、授课方式、知识、技能、素养、教学效果6个方面和教学目标、教学策略、教学氛围、教学场景、教学活动、教学效果及教学特色7个方面展开学生自评与教师同行互评,问卷调查结果显示基于表现性评价的参与式教学效果评价体系有利于提升教学质量和教学效果。
Participatory teaching is recognized as a positive and effective teaching method,which can help learners to play the main role and achieve the three dimensional goal of knowledge,skills and quality.In view of the lack of a comprehensive evaluation system for participatory teaching in the study,this paper establishes a multi-evaluation system which is beneficial to the development of students by using the expressive evaluation method in different stages of the teaching process.From the study habits,teaching methods,knowledge,skills,literacy,teaching results and teaching objectives,teaching strategies,teaching atmosphere,teaching scenes,teaching activities,There are seven aspects of students undefined self-evaluation and teachers undefined peer evaluation.The result of the questionnaire survey shows that the participatory teaching effect evaluation system based on performance evaluation is beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality and teaching effect.
