高校特殊体育支持保障体系构建与实施

Construction and Implementation of Support Security System of Special Sports in Colleges and Universities

采用文献资料、统计分析等科研方法,从结构框架、构成要素、实施应用等方面入手进行深入研究,构建出高校特殊体育支持保障体系。结果表明:1)构建高校特殊体育支持保障体系是符合高校特殊体育工作实际的现实要求,也是我国学校特殊体育事业发展的迫切需要;2)体系主要有5大类,10个维度因子构成,分为核心要件(A)、主体要件(B)、辅助要件(C)和检验要件(D);3)构成因子之间存在相互依存、合作和监督的辩证关系,密切协作开展支撑保障工作;4)体系实施应用路径分为4个步骤,即第Ⅰ步组建机构、第Ⅱ步职业培训、第Ⅲ步工作实践和第Ⅳ步质量检测;5)在实施应用过程中存在政府层面、学校层面和社会层面3个方面的问题,影响着支持保障工作的质量和层次。

By using the methods of literature,statistical analysis and other scientific research methods,this paper makes an in-depth study from the aspects of structural framework,constituent elements,implementation and application,and constructs a special sports support security system in colleges and universities.Results show that:1)Constructing the support security system of special sports in colleges and universities is not only in line with the actual requirements of special sports work in Colleges and universities,but also an urgent need for the development of special sports undertakings in schools in China;2)The system consists of5main categories and10dimensions,which are divided into core elements(A),main elements(B),auxiliary elements(C)and inspection elements(D);3)There are dialectical relationships among the constituent factors,such as interdependence,cooperation and supervision,and close cooperation in supporting and ensuring work;4)The implementation and application of the system can be divided into4steps,the first step to set up an organization,the second step to train vocational students,the third step to practice and the fourth step to test the quality of the system;5)In the process of implementation and application,there are3problems:government level,school level and social level,which affect the quality and level of support security work.
