运用数理统计法、比较分析法并使用拟合函数,对2015～2018年江苏省体育产业发展专项资金投入支持数量、支持方式、支持体育产业类型以及投放区域现状进行分析,预测发展趋势,为未来江苏省体育产业发展专项资金的投放优化提供依据。研究得出:江苏省2015～2018年体育产业发展专项引导资金后期,支持项目数呈下降趋势,但在支持总额上呈现上升趋势;很长一段时间内资助是江苏省体育产业发展专项资金最主要的支持方式;江苏省体育产业专项资金支持的体育产业类型中,主要支持健身休闲、体育奖赛表演、场馆服务类体育本体产业,重点支持体育用品制造与销售类体育相关产业;预测江苏省体育产业发展专项资金在苏南、苏中、苏北间区域投放会逐渐趋于平衡。

By means of mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and fitting function,this paper analyses the amount,mode,type and regional status of special funds for sports industry development in Jiangsu province from2015to2018,and predicts the development trend,which provides a basis for the optimization of special funds for sports industry development in the future.The research concludes that,from2015to2018,the number of sports projects in Jiangsu province showed a downward trend,but the total amount of support showed an upward trend.For a long time,financial aid is the most important way to support the development of sports industry in Jiangsu province.Among the types of sports industry supported by special funds of sports industry in Jiangsu province,sports industry mainly supports sports noumenon industry of fitness and leisure,sports prize performance and venue service,and mainly supports sports related industries of sports goods manufacturing and sales.It is predicted that the special funds for the development of sports industry in Jiangsu province will gradually balance in the regions between southern,central and northern Jiangsu.
