北京地坛医院2008～2016年腮腺炎疑似病例腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of Mumps Virus IgM Antibody from Mumps Suspected Cases in Beijing Ditan Hospital from 2008 to 2016

目的对2008～2016年北京地坛医院腮腺炎疑似病例进行腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体检测,了解本院腮腺炎流行趋势,为腮腺炎防治防控提供依据。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked Immunosorbent assay,ELISA)对疑似腮腺炎病例的血清标本,检测腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体。回顾性研究,收集2008年8月至2016年12月报告的1794例腮腺炎疑似病例腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体结果,全部数据利用Excel 2003软件对数据进行整理,用SPSS 17.0软件χ~2检验对数据进行比较,P<0.05则差异有统计学意义。结果 2008～2016年共检测腮腺炎疑似病例1794例。检出腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体阳性654例,阳性率为36.45%。2011年和2012年腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体阳性率分别为53.43%和48.46%明显高于其他年份。腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体阳性率呈双峰分布第一个高峰出现在1～3月,第二个高峰出现在7月。腮腺炎病毒IgM抗体阳性率不同性别组间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.9,P=0.168)。腮腺炎发病主要集中在11岁以下的儿童,12～28岁也有一定的发病比例与其他年龄组相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=84.42,P<0.001)。结论小于11岁儿童为高发人群,应提高其腮腺炎免疫水平,但也要重视成年人的感染。

Objective Mumps virus IgM antibody of mumps suspected cases in Beijing Ditan hospital from 2008 to 2016 were detected to investigate the epidemic trend of mumps and provide the knowledge base for the prevention and control of mumps.Methods IgM antibody was detected with ELISA in suspected cases sera.A retrospective study was conducted based on the collected data of 1794 mumps cases reported from August 2008 to December 2016.All data was analyzed by Chi-square test using SPSS17.0 software,with the significane cut-off value of P<0.05.Results Among 1794 mumps suspected cases,654 were positive for anti-mumps vivus IgM,with the positive rate 36.45%.The positive rates in 2011 and 2012 were 53.43%and 48.46%,significantly higher than other years.The positive rate of mumps IgM showed a bimodal distribution,with the first peak appeared in January to March,and the second peak appeared in July.There was no significant difference between the male and female groups(χ^2=1.9,P=0.168).Mumps infection mainly occurred in children under 11 years old,while the incidence of subjects aged 12 to 28 was significantly higher than other age groups(χ^2=84.42,P<0.001).Conclusion Children under 11 years old is the high-risk group for mumps infection.Action should be taken to improve their mumps immune level.In the meantime,we should also pay attention to adult infections.
