新都地区过敏性鼻炎患者血清总IgE及特异性IgE抗体检测结果分析

Detection Results of Serum Total IgE and Specific IgE Antibodies in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis in Xindu Area

目的分析新都地区过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)及特异性IgE(sIgE)抗体检测结果,总结其过敏原分布情况。方法选择2014年3月至2018年3月医院收治的114例AR患者作为研究对象,均采用免疫印迹定量检测法测定患者血清总IgE及sIgE抗体分布,确定过敏原。结果114例AR患者过敏原测试呈阳性反应85例(74.56%),其中单一过敏原阳性者41例(48. 24%),双重过敏原阳性者20例(23. 53%),三重过敏原阳性者9例(10.59%),四重及以上过敏原阳性者15例(17.65%);85例血清sIgE抗体阳性患者过敏原主要以吸入性过敏原为主,其中户尘螨阳性率(62.35%)最高,其次为屋尘(49.41%)、猫毛皮屑(14.12%);食入性过敏原中羊肉阳性率(24.71%)最高,其次为牛奶(16.47%)、霉菌(9.41%); AR患者血清总IgE阳性94例(82.46%),总IgE阳性率高于sIgE总阳性率(74.56%),但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),血清总IgE阳性患者同时sIgE阳性率为92.94%,血清sIgE阳性病例患者总IgE阴性率为7.06%,血清sIgE阳性者总IgE阴性比例较低。结论新都地区AR患者主要过敏原以户尘螨、屋尘、猫毛皮屑、羊肉、牛奶、牛肉为主,且患者多存在多种过敏原,同时其血清总IgE阳性率与sIgE阳性率一致性较高。

Objective To analyze the detection results of serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE)and specific IgE(sIgE)antibodies in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)in an area and summarize the distribution of allergens.Methods A total of 114 patients with AR admitted to the hospital from March 2014 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study.The serum total IgE and sIgE antibody distribution were determined by immunoblot quantitative assay to determine allergens.Results The results of allergen test were positive in 85 patients(75.56%)in 114 AR patients.There were 41 single allergen positive patients(48.24%),20 dual-allergen positive patients(23.53%),9 triple-allergen positive patients(10.59%)and 15 four or more allergen positive patients(17.65%).The main allergens in 85 serum sIgE antibody positive patients were inhaled allergens of which the positive rate of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus was the highest(62.35%),followed by house dust(49.41%),cat fur and dander(14.12%).The positive rate of mutton was the highest in food allergens(24.71%),followed by milk(16.47%)and mold(9.41%).The serum total IgE was positive in 94 cases(82.46%).The positive rate of total IgE was higher than that of sIgE(74.56%)(P>0.05).The positive rate of sIgE in the total IgE positive patients was 92.94%.The total IgE negative rate in serum sIgE positive patients was 7.06%,which was relatively lower.Conclusion The main allergens of AR patients in Xindu area are dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,house dust,cat fur and dander,mutton,milk and beef.There are multiple allergens in patients,and the positive rate of serum total IgE is highly consistent with the positive rate of sIgE.
