摘要
目的研究Rh系统D、C、E抗原在藏族人群分布特征,分析Rh抗原检测在输血相容性中的意义。方法961人份血液样本均采自我院2015年7月至2017年12月藏族健康体检者,采用微柱凝胶法检测Rh系统D、C、E抗原,记录Rh表型与Rh系统D、C、E抗原分布情况。结果961例藏族受检者共检出10种Rh表型,分别为DCCee(42.6%)、DCcEe(35.0%)、DCcee (12. 8%)、DccEE (7. 7%)、DccEe (0. 8%)、DCCEe (0. 3%)、DCcEE (0. 1%)、Dccee (0. 1%)、ccee(0.4%)、Ccee(0.2%)。961例藏族受检者中RhD与RhC抗原占优势,阳性率分别为99.4%、90.6%,RhE抗原阴性率较高,为56.1%。藏族与汉族人群Rh系统D、C、E抗原比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论藏族人群Rh系统D、C、E抗原分布与汉族人群相似,在输血治疗中可参考汉族人群处理,应重视Rh系统E抗原检测,保证输血安全。
Objective To study the distribution of Rh system D,C and E antigens in Tibetan and analyze the significance of Rh antigen detection in transfusion compatibility.Methods 961 blood samples were collected from healthy Tibetan people who received physical examination in the hospital from July 2015 to December 2017.The Rh system D,C and E antigens were detected by microcolumn gel assay.The distribution of Rh phenotype and Rh system D,C,E antigens was recorded.Results A total of 10 Rh phenotypes were detected in 961 Tibetan examinees,including DCCee(42.6%),DCcEe(35.0%),DCcee(12.8%),DccEE(7.7%),DccEe(0.8%),DCCEe(0.3%),DCcEE(0.1%),Dccee(0.1%),CCEE(0.4%)and Ccee(0.2%),respectively.Among the 961 Tibetan subjects,RhD and RhC antigens were dominant,and the positive rates were 99.4%and 90.6%,respectively.The negative rate of RhE antigen was relatively higher which was 56.1%.There was no significant difference in Rh system D,C or E antigens between Tibetans and Han population(P>0.05).Conclusion The distribution of D,C and E antigens in Rh system of Tibetan is similar to that in Han population.The blood transfusion can be performed,referring to that of Han population.Attention should be paid to detection of Rh system E antigens to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
