早期肺癌新辅助化疗前后ABCC10、CYFRA 21-1、CEA和NSE的表达变化及其临床意义

The Changes of CEA and NSE Expressions in Patients with Early Lung Cancer Before and After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy and Their Clinical Significances

目的探讨早期肺癌新辅助化疗前后ABCC10、CYFRA 21-1、CEA和NSE的表达变化及其临床意义。方法选取在我院就诊的98例早期肺癌患者,检测新辅助化疗前后ABCC10、CYFRA 21-1、CEA和NSE的表达,分析在不同病理类型的肺癌中相应指标的表达特点,化疗前后表达改变与近期治疗效果的关系。结果 ABCC10在非小细胞肺癌高表达,CYFRA 21-1在鳞癌中高表达,CEA在腺癌中高表达,NSE在小细胞肺癌高表达,且化疗后均较化疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于CR及PR的患者,化疗后CYFRA 21-1、CEA、NSE的水平均有下降,NC与PD的患者CYFRA21-1的水平化疗后上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NC和PD的患者ABCC10表达高于CR及PR的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),ABCC10的过表达与患者的不良近期疗效呈现出明显的相关趋势。结论CYFRA 21-1、CEA、NSE水平的变化可以作为肺癌患者近期疗效的评价指标,而ABCC10的过表达与患者的不良近期疗效呈现出明显的相关趋势,可以作为预测患者近期疗效的指标。

Objective To investigate the expressions of ABCC10,CYFRA21-1,CEA,and NSE before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for patients with early stage lung cancer and its clinical significances.Methods 98 patients with early stage lung cancer were enrolled for the studyfrom October 2015 to November 2017.The expression of ABCC10,CYFRA21-1,CEA,and NSE before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were measured.The correlations between expression changes of these markers among different pathological categories,pre-and after treatments and short-term efficacywas analyzed.Results High expression of ABCC10 in non-small cell lung cancer,high expression of CYFRA 21-1 in squamous cell carcinoma,high expression of CEA in adenocarcinoma,high expression of NSE in small cell lung cancer were observed.After chemotherapy,all these markers decreased significantly(P<0.05).For patients with CR and PR,the levels of CYFRA 21-1,CEA and NSE decreased after chemotherapy,and the level of CYFRA 21-1 in NC and PD increased after chemotherapy(P<0.05).The expression of ABCC10 in patients with NC and PD was higher than that of CR and PR(P<0.05).The overexpression of ABCC10 showed a significant correlation with the poor short-term efficacy of the patients.Conclusion Changes in the levels of CYFRA 21-1,CEA and NSE before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be used as an index to evaluate the short-term efficacy of lung cancer patients,while overexpression of ABCC10 can be used as an index to predict it.
