摘要
糖尿病并结核病发病率逐年上升,两者合并常使病情复杂多样、病程迁延、治疗效果差,早期诊治糖尿病并结核病有利于结核病的防控。γ-干扰素释放试验(interferon gamma release assays,IGRAs)因高灵敏度及特异性被广泛应用于结核病诊断,本文对其在糖尿病并结核病患者中的诊断价值做以综述。
The incidence of diabetes mellitus with tuberculosishas is rising by years.The combination of these two diseases often worsens and complicates the patient′s condition,extends the progress of illness and interferes the treatment.Early diagnosis and treatment of the diabetes mellitus with tuberculosis is conducive to the prevention and control of tuberculosis.Interferon gamma release assays(IGRAs),with its high sensitivity and specificity,is widely used in the tuberculosis diagnosis.In this paper,the diagnostic value of IGRAs in diabetes mellitus with tuberculosisis is reviewed.
