摘要 文章使用传统的设计方法对1000MW超超临界汽轮机主蒸汽阀门阀壳进行设计,应用三维设计软件对其进行建模,并利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对所设计的阀壳强度进行稳态、启停工况温度场、应力场的计算和分析,采用线性平均方法估算阀壳应力强度,在此基础上,充分利用材料强度,优化阀壳结构。 In this paper, the traditional method is used to design the main steam valve shell of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine, and the 3D design software is used to model it. The strenghth of the designed valve shell is calculated and analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The temperature field and stress field are calculated and analyzed in steady state, start and stop conditions. The stress intensity of the shell is evaluated by using the stress linearization. With the design optimization of valve shell, the valve shell strength is satisfied based on stress linearization.
