员工持股在我国发展历经约30年时间,其间成功经验与失败教训并存。华为在发展的各个阶段,利用员工持股制度在缓解融资难题、增强员工凝聚力、激发员工创新力等方面发挥了巨大作用。员工持股制度是华为长期保持竞争力的重要保证。华为在员工持股方面积累的一些好的经验值得推广,将为打造更多的"华为",推动我国现代化经济体系建设,实现高质量发展,进一步提升综合国力提供有益借鉴。
Employee stock ownership has been developing in China for about 30 years,during which successful experience and failure lessons have coexisted.Employee stock ownership system has played a great role in alleviating financing difficulties,enhancing staff cohesion and stimulating staff innovation in all stages of Huawei’s development.Employee stock ownership system is an important guarantee for Huawei to maintain its long-term competitiveness.Huawei has accumulated some good experience in the field of employee stock ownership,which is worthy of being generalized so as to provide a useful reference for building more"Huawei",promoting the construction of China’s modern economic system,achieving high-quality development and further enhancing our comprehensive national strength.
