摘要
为了解原料血浆中抗体水平,为狂犬病、破伤风抗体效价测定提供依据,同时为提高血浆站的抗体效价提供依据,进而提高狂免、破免产品的生产质量,本文对2015—2017年血浆站的狂犬病、破伤风抗体效价检测结果进行三年数据对比,采用ELISA法检测人血浆中狂犬病、破伤风的抗体效价,用柱状图分析各血浆站抗体效价9 IU/mL以上、6~9 IU/mL血浆所占百分比。结果表明,破免血浆检测量逐年增多,2017年比2015年增长了103%,其中高效价血浆量也在逐年上升。狂免血浆检测量2016年和2017年均比2015年下降了32%,其中高效价的血浆量逐年降低。
In order to understand the antibody level in raw material plasma,it provides a basis for the determination of antibody titer of rabies and tetanus,and provides a basis for improving the antibody titer of plasma station,thereby improving the production quality of mad and break-free products.-In2017,the results of rabies and tetanus antibody titer in the plasma station were compared for three years.The antibody titer of rabies and tetanus in human plasma was detected by ELISA.The antibody titer of each plasma station was analyzed by histogram9IU/mL Percentage of plasma above and6~9IU/mL.The results showed that the amount of plasma test for elimination was increasing year by year,and it increased by103%in2017compared with2015.The high-priced plasma volume is also increasing year by year.The mad plasma test volume decreased by32%in2016and2017compared with2015,and the high-priced plasma volume decreased year by year.
